Body 8251 is a tan to cork-coloured firing stoneware quality with 15 % chamotte 0 – 0.5 mm with basalt spots.
The recommended firing range is 1000 °C – 1200 °C.
The plastic body is suitable for building-up smaller to medium-sized pieces. The special firing colour together with the spots is a nice combination. The spots show particularly to advantage at a higher firing range.
