Body 311 is a light red to dark red firing fine, plastic stoneware quality without chamotte.
The recommended firing range is 1000 °C – 1140 °C.
A high-plastic body for throwing on the potter’s wheel. The warm red firing colour shows to particular advantage unglazed; or is a good undercoat for faience painting.
