Body 209 is a light to cream-coloured firing fine stoneware quality without chamotte. The recommended firing range is 1000 °C – 1300 °C.
The body is very suitable for throwing on the potter’s wheel as well as for small and filigree pieces. Very temperature-stable. It is good for combining with casting body 209.
