"My name is Christine Röhl,
I was born and grew up in Hamburg, where I also completed an apprenticeship as a disc potter with subsequent journeyman's examination. Afterwards I worked in various potteries before I decided to study ceramics. In 1992 I finished my studies in Höhr - Grenzhausen with "Diplom Ingenieurin (FH) for: non-metallic-inorganic materials science". Directly after my studies I developed glazes for Ferro Germany, in Höhr - Grenzhausen and in Kaiserslautern until the end of 1996.
Since 1997, I have been working for Goerg & Schneider, in sales and customer service."
This is about all coloured ceramic bodies, which are produced separately packed in plastic and are available for customers in the warehouse. They are used in all areas of application and often reflect the fashion trends.
This lecture is mainly about building ceramic bodies that are often fired high to be frost resistant.
